Campervan and Motorhome Rental in Denver

Rent a campervan or motorhome from Denver and discover the rugged peaks and sweeping valleys of the Rocky Mountain West. Often called the Gateway to the West, Denver is the perfect starting point to uncover by campervan or motorhome all that America has to offer.

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the city is surrounded by numerous trails, countless alpine lakes, and 8 national parks. Starting your campervan adventure in colorful Colorado will make for an unforgettable trip with unmatched enchantment.

National Parks Near Denver

Your rented campervan or motorhome will bring you to some of the most stunning national parks in the country.

Descend into the plunging depths of Black Canyon at Black Canyon National Park, or get your heart racing as you sled down the 200-foot-tall sand dunes of Great Sand Dunes National Park. Roam through the sacred ruins of one of America's oldest cities, Mesa Verde National Park ( UNESCO World Heritage Site ), or dive into the icy waters of Emerald Lake at Rocky Mountain National Park.

Whatever direction you drive from Denver with your campervan or motorhome, the magic of the national parks awaits you. Continue your epic adventure further through Arches, Canyonlands, and Yellowstone National Park.

Denver Lakes, Rivers, and Coastline

Among the many wonders of Colorado are numerous high alpine lakes and rivers. Discover a city below the surface of Lake Dillon Reservoir, or hike high into the trees and dive into the Hanging Lakes. For the avid hiker, Rainbow Lake is a refreshing reward after a long, steep hike through the spectacular San Juan mountains.

Travel by inner tube down the rushing waters of the Platte River in Golden, or marvel at the milky blue water of the Animas River.

If you’re looking into reaching the coastline, take your road trip from Denver to California . Along the way to the Golden Coast, you will see the Rocky Mountains, Utah Desert, Canyonlands, and so much more.

Campgrounds Around Denver

Finding a place to camp that has easy access to the natural world and spectacular views is essential to your Colorado adventure. Luckily, campervan and motorhome-accessible campsites are in no short supply.

As you travel out of Denver, check out Cherry Creek State Park Campground and Cottonwood Grove RV Campground. Further, into the mountains you’ll find Reverend's Ridge Campground and Clear Creek RV park, both offering spectacular views and full campervans and motorhomes hookups.

Finally, Rocky Mountain, Great Sand Dunes, Arches, and Canyonlands all offer camping as well as many of the surrounding state parks. During peak seasons, national and state park camping spots can fill up quickly, so we recommend calling ahead to make a reservation at places that allow it or arriving early for sites that operate on a first come, first served basis.

Colorado is a majestic and diverse location that promises an adventure that has something for everyone. Rent a campervan and motorhome from Denver to ensure you don’t miss out on the excitement.
