It would be necessary to check if the vehicle has no defects even if it is new, for my part I had a lack of parallelism from the beginning while the Van was new Second small problem, it is the electronic console which is not precise, especially when the Van is not level. Overall everything was nickel inside the vehicle. The Seeker vehicle of the LDV brand is an excellent Van for 2 people, despite its automatic gearbox and its capricious driving aids, the Roadtrip went super well, it is practical to drive, to park and to set up for the bed or the dining table.

Offer a set of blankets for cold weather. The standard pack was ok but not enough during some nights. Also a fire lighting set of some sort - nothing better than fire place during camping. Also a set of headlights would be helpful or some kind of chargeable light source. The camping chairs provided were for lightweight people. A set of stronger chairs would benefit the heavier people. Easy and great booking experience. The Wrangler is ideal for a couple and probably a shorter camping trip with contact to civilization. Our trip was 7 days and the vehicle and set-up was perfect for us.

I have been renting with Indie for several years and always enjoyed great service but your Brisbane crew were exceptional - thank you. Indie is a consistently great company across many countries - my most recent experience in Brisbane was exceptional and thank you.

24/7 customer service was not helpful. Telling us different early pick up fee prices than was actually the price (30$ vs ~120$). And not helpful when we had a flat tire. Local staff was good. The pull out sun screen and LED light didn’t work properly. 24/7 hotline wasn’t helpful and didn’t get that we couldn’t get road side assistance on Fraser Island. A physical manual and instruction on how to exchange the tire would have been helpful. The vehicle itself was good though and we would probably recommend!

Was nothing to improve, everything was in perfect condition and worked exactly as described by your friendly staff. Big thanks to the "part time Kiwi guy". The overall experience was amazing. The checkin and the drop off were so easy and the staff were friendly, articulate and transparent about the maintenance, service and mileage. Would highly recommend.

The outback is a very reliable van but the bed for a 6’3” person is not the best. William in Brisbane has been very nice and very professional on anything. Thank you indie campers William in Brisbane has been very professional and o definitely recommend to rent from Brisbane !

Put a longer water hose for the external connection. Add a small strainer to drain the pasta. Easy vehicle to handle. Very practical for couples. The layout of the vehicle is very well done.

The mattress was a bit smelly when we first opened the tent, but it was OK after a few hours of airing it out. Excellent service by the local team in Darwin, explaining everything in detail and giving some practical advice. Vehicle was well suited for all the offroad challenges Kakadu Park had to offer. It's equipped with all the basic necessities, but we recommend to bring some additional camping equipment such as lamps, floor mat. The back gets very dusty, so put your clothes inside the cabin or in a sealed bag.

It was great :) The Jeep Wrangler was great. It had everything we needed for two people in such minimal space, which was so nice. Also, the guy who helped us check in and out was nice, but I didn’t get his name.

- The wander is a great van and ideal size for a family. Would be great to add to the listing that the table can be folded down and a porta cot can be put in its place. Good to know for parents wanting to travel with babies and don’t want to bed share

Camper was well equipped. The only thing I missed was a sink. Bought one myself now. It's nice that the first necessities are provided for cleaning and maintenance. (Clothes, dishes, etc.) Please provide more than 2 blocks for the chemical toilet. Now only 2 blocks for 3 weeks, I can imagine that there are people who only fill water after emptying and do not add any chemical solvent. With 5 blocks you are that for…

Supply can opener, flashlight and lighter. Small multi tool to tighten loose screws from rough roads ;). A binder with information of all the features of the camper when not able to connect to the internet. The addition of the space heater was awesome for the cold Outback nights. Vehicle was very comfotable and all the driving safety features made us right side drivers less fearful.

- give a list of campsites to go to - give better explanations about paying tolls - an extra duvet if it's cold. Fitted and functional van, easy to drive, comfortable for 2 people. Being 4 in it seems more complicated to us but is feasible (small bathroom with almost no space). You have to organize yourself in terms of where to stay before leaving in order to fully enjoy the trip. And otherwise ... have a good trip with Indie Campers!

We would much appreciate a brief advices, recommendations on a road trip trough the east coast in Australia as we were foreigners (Spanish) and it was our first time in the country : for example, some recommendations on good campgrounds, toilets, dump stations, how to found them … . Also there where some minor issues on the van that we discovered during the trip, but as it was quite good at all, we didn’t regret. The only thing , as I explained to the depot staff on the arrival, has been to air ventilation on the roof, it was not good isolated and the cold entry during the night … and it was cold. And also we spent 4h on our second day replacing the battery as it was not good and it went empty after the first night. And also we have had to spent 350$ aprox to fix it (that will be reimbursed).

Couldn’t quite get the roof top tent camper on my own, which was a little bit of a bummer. Staff were cool and very chilled and helpful. I prefer to not talk to an ai bot. But I got the right help anyways.
