Overall, we had an excellent time over the 5 days. The service team were friendly and knowledgeable. The RV ran perfectly - no mechanical issues, it ran perfectly and very fuel efficient. The only minor issue I had was with the age of the RV (first world problems! Haha. I know)…it would have been nice to have a newer vehicle because this one has seen some action over the years. As mentioned, it’s a minor issue and should not affect the overall rating.

It was a great trip, the only issue I have (for the second time) is that I was given a butane bottle that cannot be refilled easily, which is a problem since we were renting it during cold season and using it more than just for cooking. This is something that concerns me for future rentings

La experiencia ha sido dentro de lo que cabe confortable , pero en temas de chek-in a la entrega deberían de dar más información al respecto de cómo evalúan el vehículo , y también dar información detallada por escrito del funcionamiento de la Camper , en como cargarla de electricidad , agua etc... Por lo demás bien

Muchas gracias, en especial por la buena atención que nos dieron tanto en el chek-in como en el check-out, hoy en dia no es común que te presten un servicio con una buena sonrisay amabilidad. La furgoneta estaba especialmente bien equipada y cuidada.

“Nuestra experiencia con Indie Campers ha sido muy buena. La autocaravana estaba en perfecto estado y limpia y el proceso de recogida y devolución fue sencillo y eficiente. Sin embargo, creemos que el kit premium podría incluir más extras para que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Cosas como más papel higiénico, pastillas para el WC, bolsas de basura, bayetas, jabón para lavar platos y algunos utensilios de menaje adicionales habrían sido de gran ayuda. Aun así, disfrutamos mucho del viaje y repetiríamos con Indie Campers”

We got set back three days due to a dead malfunctioning battery. We contacted support and they agreed we would receive a refund for the lost time. As long as this is honoured we are happy with our experience

La experiencia fue excelente! Sobre todo Oscar en el Check out y Redwan en el Check in. Nos explicaron todo excelentemente, además de ser muy calidos y hacernos sentir muy comodos. GRACIAS!!!!
