Overall is good, but need to improve equipments such as pots, pans, and kitchen stuffs. Anyway we enjoyed the trip and slept very well. You should try to rent a RV camping vehicle for Rocky mountain road trip, strongly recommended!

Everything about the campervan was fabulous!!! We loved it! It had everything we wanted and was a pleasure to drive. We do wish it wasn’t quite so expensive It was an excellent experience. We chose the smallest camper but there was plenty of space for us. It drove well even in the wind and in the mountains. The Indie team was quite helpful

Good camper for the money, only battery capacity was low, we could not stand for one night without extetnal electricity

Due to previous damage to the mirror, it fell off and smashed, I wasn’t able to get into an rv place for a repair due to Labour Day and the weekend. So I did a quick fix, and moved on. Having more options of solutions from the team would have been greatly appreciated. But all worked out.

Everything was fine with the vehicule, but I found out strange that there where no inverter, I thought these were standard in RV’s? I do need to use a c-pak breathing machine at night and since there where 120 plugs in the unit this would be fine, but I was informed that I needed to use the generator if I was not connected with power which was not a viable option! I did not received my final invoice as it was mention by my Indie contact after the final RV review! Thank you The vehicule was brand new and working just fine! The one I was offered was a 25’ and was handling well for the size but we had some areas on Vancouver Island Provincial Parks the parking was not accessible because of the lenght. No inverter in the unit supplied!

Other than some smaller issues like the sensors for the black/grey water did not show the correct filling state everything was great! We really enjoyed the experience! Especially the local team (Max) was really great!

Better/warmer bedding would have been appreciated - children were cold at night. Kitchen basics kit was very basic - a couple of tea towels, a pasta strainer and a cutting board would have been appreciated. Pick up and drop off staff were great. Vehicle was suitable for our family of four. Would not have wanted more people (i.e. vehicle capacity of six). The ability to pick up items left by other campers was appreciated and saved us some money.

Indie campers was great! Really nice customer service at both pick up and drop off. Van was great had everything we needed. Kitchen supplies were okay and bedding was cozy. Overall made our trip from Calgary to Vancouver awesome! Would recommend for a road trip! Camper was great! RV had everything we needed. Customer service at pick up and drop off was very nice. Gentlemen helping were great. Kitchen utensils and supplies were dirty so that could be upgraded. Bedding sheets were mid matched but did the trick. Overall it was a great experience. It was our first RV experience and I think everything went as expected. It wasn't that hard to drive, rent was cheaper than the van, but the gasoline was probably more with the truck

Check-in and the vehicle were great! Local staff was kind & helpful. All expectations met & exceeded! It would be helpful to have a 'hot tips' sheet-type posted in one of the cabinets. While check-in was helpful in reviewing everything about the vehicle, it was hard for me to remember every detail so I found myself Googling things; which was difficult when I was camping in a location without cell service. This was my first time renting a camper van - had a GREAT time and will recommend to friends. It was easy to prepare for the trip, the FAQs answered all of my questions. I didn't have to bring a trash bag, soap, etc. (those little things that I usually have to buy at AirBnBs). Check-in was seamless, the local staff was kind, friendly & gave a comprehensive overview of the vehicle with various tips so I felt prepared. I used the Canadian Rockies itinerary and felt very prepared for the adventure. Thank you for providing a memorable experience with lots of core memories!

Great vehicle, forniture very well distributed. The solar panel works very well. Cleanliness at check in can be improved.

The van was new and not to bad but for the bathroom you could see it was not cleaned in depth. The people at Calgary office and Vancouver where really nice and helpful.

Service via robotic call or chatbot is quite clunky and rarely any help. We’d much rather just call a real person to help with our problems. Practical, modern and clean. Plenty of space and a great way to travel through the great big country of Canada
