Great service, staff were great and friendly, van was not quite clean inside/outside but we understand since it's an island with a lots of beaches/mud etc. A couple of things were broken on the van, like the airbag warning light and engine light, which is fine but I think should be fixed even if it's only a sensor. I'm an engineer so I'm fine with it, but it could worry other people a lot. Overall we loved our second indie camper and will happily book again even from the same station.

I think you will check the interior condition, the marco polo i rent was pretty much dirty inside and outside, the right big door doesn't work how we wanted,the bed up was dirty as well and some of drawers doesn't work as we wanted as well,part of the table was broken and also the Back Seats. Anyway we had good time and if with this little comment you guys can fix these stuff,i will use yours services again one day. Sono molto soddisfatto, il personale tutti cordialissimi e disponibilissimi, bravi, preparati e professionali. Forse servirebbe qualche insegna per arrivare sul posto e sala accoglienza clienti più attrezzata. Indie Campers, devo dire che non conoscevo questa realtà e sono rimasto positivamente soddisfatto….il veicolo a cinque posti praticamente perfetto, nuovo di zecca…..esperienza per quanto mi riguarda da ripetere.

The rooftop tent was leaking water during rainfall. I would always make sure that this is not the case given how important it is to sleep dry. The rest was all great

Bonjour que dans les zones chaudes certains équipements devraient être obligatoires comme le toit extérieur pour l’ombre Le véhicule fonctionnait très bien pour deux personnes surtout pour la Sicile mais avec des enfants prévoir plus grand et surtout prendre le toit extérieur pour l’ombre cela a été difficile sans a part cela tout s’est bien passé

Hello, in hot areas some equipment should be mandatory such as the external roof for shade. The vehicle worked very well for two people, especially for Sicily, but with children, plan for bigger ones and especially take the external roof for shade, it was difficult without that, apart from that everything went well.

An und für sich bin ich zufrieden, habe jedoch eine Sache zu bemängeln. Ich konnte meine Reise erst 2 Tage verspätet antreten da mein Flug nach Catania gestrichen wurde. Natürlich zahlte ich dennoch für die zwei Tage, was auch in Ordnung ist. Schade fand ich jedoch das mein Anliegen, dass dazubuchen des Long distance packagge, während der Reise nicht mehr möglich war. Somit mussten wir noch einmal 127,05€ draufzahlen da ich mit den Kilometern drüber war. Seitens von indiecamper glaub ich dass man diesen Betrag stornieren könnte, da ich per Mail und chat drum bat dieses noch dazuzubuchen. Immerhin hatte ich schon so Pech mit den gestrichenen Flug und zahlte trotzdem für 2 Tage den Camper. Ich bitte Sie auf diesem Weg diesen Fall noch einmal zu bedenken. Die Scheibenwischer waren veraltete und wischten kaum.

I am generally satisfied, but I have one complaint. I was only able to start my trip two days late because my flight to Catania was canceled. Of course I still paid for the two days, which is fine. However, I found it a shame that my request to add the long distance package was no longer possible during the trip. So we had to pay another €127.05 because I had exceeded the mileage limit. I believe that indiecamper could cancel this amount because I asked them to add it by email and chat. After all, I was already so unlucky with the canceled flight and still paid for the camper for two days. I would like to ask you to consider this case again. Indiecampers employees at Catania station were nice and helpful in providing us not only explainations about the vehicle, but also information about the region and what to visit, well recommended!

When booking for three people there must be three sets of bed linen and pillows. All good!!

Check-in was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Guys were really nice and clear with the instructions. Guys at the checkout are super nice. The online team never answers on time, were never useful. Only time they actually helped was when I asked to add 1 more day and free kms. For answering doubts, they need to improve a lot.

Check-in : indicate more where we can find the people in charge of. It seems abandonned! Check in : the office is not an office at all ! It’s disgusting! Check-in : the cleaning of the interior was not good, we notice it after leaving. And the exterior is not well done (but the exterior we can understand because of the dust/volcano) And we check-in with a punctured tyre. You need to be more professional ! Model : Marco Polo is amazing!! Vehicle : -tyre punctured -Battery is ok but that was our 5th vantrip and the battery seems damaged, it works only 15hours with no lights/no charging phones and a fridge at 3 out of 6 ! It’s supposed to be at least 48h ! You probably need to change it. Except that, everything is pertect !! The marco polo is reliable in any situation! We really appreciated the reactivity of the customers service due to the puncture tyre. It saves 1 star!
