The mattress was a bit smelly when we first opened the tent, but it was OK after a few hours of airing it out. Excellent service by the local team in Darwin, explaining everything in detail and giving some practical advice. Vehicle was well suited for all the offroad challenges Kakadu Park had to offer. It's equipped with all the basic necessities, but we recommend to bring some additional camping equipment such as lamps, floor mat. The back gets very dusty, so put your clothes inside the cabin or in a sealed bag.

Clean and tidy van, that has everything you need although some things in our can didn’t work. Kitchen kit could have more added, bathroom sink didn’t work. Make sure if you get a van that you book powered sites, just running the fridge on the lowest setting takes all the battery, don’t even think about using any heating or cooling. Staff at pickup were very friendly however once we left and had questions or concerns we text and called and never got a response. Luckily we worked everything out ourselves and we weren’t in actual trouble. There is no manual and after watching the YouTube video you won’t receive any further assistance. It did the job for us and we are grateful! Clean and tidy van, that has everything you need although some things in our can didn’t work. Kitchen kit could have more added, bathroom sink didn’t work. Great van, such an enjoyable trip - would highly recommend- just a word of warning to any tall renters - the (downstairs) bed only just long enough. a bit of a squish with one of us @ 5"10. And a reminder that aircon only works when plugged into power.
