This was the most amazing experience. 1st time we rented a camper so did not know what to expect. Process was easy and we were roadbound in less than 90 min. Return process was even easier. Looking forward to our next trip! Well done!

Was not informed about after hours pickup which caused some confusion, but fixed after a call to your service center.
Fridge had issues but fixed after 48 hours after feedback and troubleshooting.

There was dirty bedding for the main bed in the cabinet and on the pop top bed.
The propane tank was only 1/3 full. We didn't use the heater or hot water because of this which we would have liked. Also, thought trying to fill it back to 1/3 would be a pain.

It seems like we were missing the gray water tube when we got the van (figured it out the last day at our RV camps).

We had a wonderful trip, we just had one issue with the blankets. They were not cleaned and there was blood on it from the previous person. Everything else was great.

The set up was pretty straight forward. I watched the video and it was easy to follow. Scott was very helpful with the check in process. I got to the facility late and he contacted me before I arrived. We were staying in touch until I got the jeep.

This is our third time renting from y'all and we'd likely do it again.
Vehicle was great (faulty sensor for gray water aside). Upon pickup, vehicle wasn't ready. While this can happen, I'd appreciate a call / notification so i don't have to sit in a parking lot for an hour.
