They should improve in terms of being able to offer multiple payment methods for the deposit on site and not forcing customers to pay with a credit card. Not everyone has a credit card.
Thanks to their employee, Mohamad al Assan, who waited with us for several hours in the depot in Krefeld, the payment of the deposit with the credit card worked. He showed a lot of patience and accommodated us.
Sie sollten sich in der Hinsicht verbessern, mehrere Zahlungsmethoden für die Kaution vor Ort zahlen zu können und nicht die Kunden gezwungener Maßen mit einer Kreditkarte zahlen zu müssen. Nicht jeder ist im Besitz einer Kreditkarte.
Dank ihrem Mitarbeiter, Mohamad al Assan, in Krefeld mit uns mehrer Stunden im Depot zu warten, hat die Zahlung der Kaution mit der Kreditkarte geklappt. Er hat viel Geduld bewiesen und ist uns entgegen gekommen.

It is our first time with a RV and Mr. Leonardo and Mr. Mohamed were very kind with us. Mr. Leonardo was very kind and our check-out was really nice. We have a problem with the backup battery. It can't keep the lights on for more than 2 hours after a full charge.

Papieranleitung im Fahrzeug. Bei Schwierigkeiten im Aus- und Inland mit dem Telefonanbieter kein Laden der PDF möglich. Schwierigkeiten in der Kommunikation, da keine Problemlösung auf Deutsch möglich. Aber sehr freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen!

Leonardo really helpful and assist us to check-in, brief us about that campers and gladly we are excited and the rest of teams, Muhammad also gave a tutorial, how-to-use and forth. Leonardo really helpful and presented us, the best experience with Indie Campers. We did recommended to others friend, and family that we rented our Campers with Indie Campers. Leonardo shall received extra bonus for his efforts and we may rent, again with Indie Campers in the future. Thank you for excellent services provided, Indie Campers Düsseldorf.

Bit of confusion around deposit amounts. But this was a mistake on my end. iPad was slow to process info.
Have to compliment Jorge on how he handled everything. Very pleasant to deal with. Leonardo was exceptional at drop off. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Would have liked more pillows for sleeping, the mattress was quite hard. Otherwise great! Great service! Very friendly contact person, would be happy to come again!
Gerne mehr Kissen zum schlafen, die Matratze war recht hart. Ansonsten super! Toller Service! Sehr nette Ansprechpartner, gerne wieder !
