No improvements, van was amazing and all the facilities onboard Easy service with a great van, no issues and was able to take us from Manchester all around Scotland with ease

The only issue we had was we used the gas for a night and two showers (very small) and we ran out of gas and could not find flo gas anywhere Overall great!

The guy who helped us with the pickup and drop off process was really amazing. Super friendly and incredibly helpful. Really made things that much more enjoyable!

We were only given a double duvet and a single duvet, but two double bed sheets. We were missing either one more single duvet, or a double duvet. We were four people, and therefore needed to turn up the heat way too much to keep everyone warm since one was without a duvet. So that definitely needs to be checked up on, both from you and the one renting. We unfortunately were way too far when we found out. Our gas leaked and we had no way to tighten it meaning we barely cooked in the van since it would get too gassy. Else the check-in was really good, polite and professional. We enjoyed our trip overall. Great checkout, no rush from your side which was really nice. We went through the vehicle alll together where we commented on the leaky gas and duvets. Professional and polite staff, and very sweet of them to drive us to the station. All in all great experience with indie campers.

My experience far exceeded what i expect from a rental outlet. Perhaps a sticker saying it was ok to have an engine warning light would have saved some worry early on The Nomad camper was almost new and was surprisingly easy to drive. There was room for all my suitcases under the bed. It was comfortable to eat, wash and sleep - provided- you took care to park level. I took a small plastic spirit level to help set up for the night

Indie campers was perfect, the only addition I would make is to add a step to get down from the vehicle itself. On the whole the experience was superb. The whole experiment was super efficient & well worth the money spent.

Everything was great, working well, plenty of space for four people, lots of storage units, very comfortable. Would have been great to know beforehand that the bedding set provided in a travel kit is only for one bed. Also, most window shades were not working well. The van on a video provided by the team was somewhat different to the one we had, which led to some confusion on how some things in the van work - like computer, the two middle beds etc.

Check in and Out was smooth Adi K has been very helpful on checkout. Worried about some reviews and being charged things out the deposit but Adi assured me we left it in a good condition and out deposit will be back with us soon with no dedications apart from the over mileage which is completely understandable. Thanks again! Awning didn’t work which was a pain. Other than that we were happy.

Euro plug needed! Great vehicle, perfect and spacious. Easy to drive!

Nous n'avons pas reçu le contrat signé par mail suite à la prise du véhicule. Le véhicule correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous avions réservé.

We did not receive the signed contract by email after taking the vehicle. The vehicle corresponded perfectly to what we had reserved.

A couple of bits of damage were not on the contract / diagram but did not cause us any problems - only problem we did encounter was trying to find a phone number to contact while on our trip Great size and lots of storage space for little bits and bobs, shower got very hot which was lovely on the north coast of Scotland

Great van and great staff. My family with 2 small kids thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We will definitely book for the next. Fantastic vehicle. Room enough for 4 people including two children. Had great fun.

I am happy with the vehicle and the local staff has tried their best to help, and I am very disappointed generally with Indie Campers after having had a road traffic accident which slighly scratched a lower part of the vehicle and being charged for this despite the premium insurance. It is understandable that some areas of the vehicle are excluded from the premium insurance as it relates to careful driving practices however a road traffic accident should not be falling under this category. See above

Aditya Kanada was very friendly and informative. He told us to download the apps we need for our trip. They were really useful. The vehicles were new (2023). We had no problems.

The fresh water - which we'd been told was full - ran out very quickly, leading us to use bottled water as we were parked where there were no power or water hook-ups. When we emptied the grey water - which we were told was empty - it took ages and was clearly much more than we'd used. Same with the toilet cassette. It didn't completely spoil our trip but not being able to use the toilet was a problem. It should've been sorted before we picked up the van. But I'm pretty sure we'd hire from Indie Campers again, The campervan was a great choice for our weekend and provided pretty much everything we needed (see earlier comments). I'd recommend allowing plenty of time for pick up and drop off as it might be busy. The staff in the Rochdale office were really friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, my experience with the staff was great! Our vehicle was great. We had 4 blokes on the larger side in there and there was plenty of room! We were really impressed with the functionality and size of all the beds.
