It seemed it had the external shower from the information while renting The cutlery was to clean before the use and it would be good to find it ready to be used The mechanisms of the seats, of the little movable roof and of the inside table were really hard to use. The inside table was impossible to be opened after one day. Good! But there is possibility to improve!

Great service checking in to the camper. Some of the accessories eg windows, gas, some of the cupboards were broken. But apart from that it was friendly service It was hard to navigate roads with how big our camper was. In hindsight I would get a smaller option

Die Rückgabe hat sehr lange gedauert, da alle gleichzeitig angegeben haben. Das könnte entzerrt werden. Für 4 Personen war der Camper ideal. Im Hubbett kann auch ein großer Mensch super schlafen. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber nach paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran.

The return took a long time because everyone checked in at the same time. This could be smoothed out. The camper was ideal for 4 people. Even a tall person can sleep well in the fold-down bed. The beds were a bit hard, but you get used to it after a few days.

Todo bastante correcto. A los problemas que hemos tenido con el vehiculo nos los solventaron antes de hacer la entrega. Personal muy majo y agradable. Vehículos no limpios en la entrega, encontramos cosas de usuarios anteriores.

Everything was fine. The problems we had with the vehicle were resolved before delivery. Very nice and friendly staff. Vehicles were not clean upon delivery, we found things from previous users.

The attention of the local team both at the time of pick-up and delivery (Brussels) was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and clear in their explanations, and open to answering any questions we had during the route. As for the camper, it had everything we expected. And everything worked well! We would definitely return to Indie Campers!

You should definetly put solar panels on the vans. My only down was seeing that the team as to charge the aux battery and the fridge before delivery, that means that the van doesn’t have that much time to charge and be ready to be put to “work”. Solar panel would keep the battery charge even in the warehouse lot and it would improve the user experience for sure The van had some issues that I sorted along the way and I shouldn’t had to do that. Some electrical failures. I know I had the lower level but even the lower should have everything g properly Maintained and working. I loved the trip and next time I’m definitely going to upgrade but I need to be assure that the van doesn’t have any issue

Faltavam as pastilhas de desinfecção e a garrafa de gás adicional, contudo conseguimos contornar a situação. Relativamente a melhorias, os nossos colegas tiveram um problema no alternador da carrinha, o que lhes limitou metade da viagem uma vez que não tiveram qualquer alternativa válida, embora tenham pago o seguro premium. Relativamente à nossa viagem, correu tudo lindamente.

Good morning! The team is always attentive and helpful. I suggest leaving your direct contact details on the car's sun visor in case of emergency. It's a good idea to leave information about which fuel to use. The sleeping mattress is very hard.

suggerisco maggiore manutenzione dei veicoli a livello generale. Buona esperienza ma i veicoli dovrebbero essere soggetti a più manutenzione. Abbiano avuto problemi con apertura letto superiore ed alcune finestre interne.

The vehicle model could be improved by putting some hooks in the kitchen for dishcloths, and some shelves near the bed that is at the end to be able to leave some small objects. The mirror in the bathroom is useless because it is too high, another one would be needed at the right height. And some more shelves in the bathroom too. In the shower, a bar hanging from the roof would be useful, to be able to dry clothes when it rains and you return to the camper wet. The mattresses are not very comfortable. The sensors on the back of the camper are missing. The team is always kind and available (check-in, check-out and during the trip). Camper of ideal size for four people.

Estaba todo correcto! Lo unico que el extra de kilometraje te lo tendrian que cobrar a partir de la distancia que hay de sitio del pick-up al drop-off, ya que pagas el extra para dejar la furgoneta en otro sitio. La furgoneta estaba perfecta. El tamaño para dos ideal

Everything was fine! The only thing is that the extra mileage would have to be charged based on the distance between the pick-up location and the drop-off location, since you pay the extra to leave the van somewhere else. The van was perfect. The size for two is ideal.

A Second sharp knife would be nice. Also it would be nice to start and end the trip with a full tank. We had an awesome time thank you guys! This camper has it all but in a very compact form factor which we think is perfect for two people that want to explore the algarve with ease. Our experience was super great and we can't wait to do it again!

Da ich ein Upgrade bekommen habe von active auf nomand kann ich mich nicht beschweren! Der Camper war an einigen Stellen defekt im Innenraum, aber alles hat funktioniert, von daher keine Beschwerden! Der Service war freundlich! Würde dort wieder buchen! 👍

Since I got an upgrade from active to nomand I can't complain! The camper had a few defects in the interior, but everything worked, so no complaints! The service was friendly! Would book there again! 👍
