Put a car battery starter in the vans. It was a perfect experience. The car worked perfect.

En el trato al cliente no se puede mejorar nada porque es perfecto. En la camper alguna reparación se puede hacer ya que algunas cosas estaban rotas ,nada importante pero se puede mejorar

In terms of customer service, nothing can be improved because it is perfect. In the camper, some repairs can be done since some things were broken, nothing important but it can be improved.

We were only helped by an intern, who couldn’t answer all of our questions. Good vehicle! Our biggest let down was that the premium insurance doesn’t cover the whole car. Also the bathroom is stinky and small. Other than that the van worked perfectly and the communication with the company went really smoothly! The guys are super accommodating!!

Il modello di veicolo potrebbe essere migliorato mettendo qualche gancio in cucina per gli strofinacci, e qualche ripiano vicino al letto che c'è in fondo per poter lasciare qualche piccolo oggetto. Lo specchio in bagno è inutile perché troppo alto, ci vorrebbe un altro a una altezza corretta. E qualche ripiano in più anche in bagno. Nella doccia, sarebbe utile una sbarra appesa al tetto, per poter mettere ad asciugare i vestiti quando piove e si rientra al camper bagnati. I materassi non sono molto comodi. Mancano i sensori sul retro del camper. Team sempre gentile e disponibile (check-in, check-out e durante il viaggio). Camper di grandezza ideale per quattro persone.

The vehicle model could be improved by putting some hooks in the kitchen for dishcloths, and some shelves near the bed that is at the end to be able to leave some small objects. The mirror in the bathroom is useless because it is too high, another one would be needed at the right height. And some more shelves in the bathroom too. In the shower, a bar hanging from the roof would be useful, to be able to dry clothes when it rains and you return to the camper wet. The mattresses are not very comfortable. The sensors on the back of the camper are missing. The team is always kind and available (check-in, check-out and during the trip). Camper of ideal size for four people.

The guys at pickup were amazing, took their time to show us everything and even when we were on the road still answered all our questions very helpful. Thanks guys Everything was great, except it took over a month to receive a refund that was required.

There should be a broom or a sweeper and shovel included in the vehicle, if you drive alone a reer-camera or parking-sensors would help to drive and park safely. It would be a dream to have a station to empty the chemical toilet and to empty the grey water tank next to the depot. The allover experience was just somewhat marred, because the 24/7 Chat-Team on the homepage of indie campers was not doing what they should. Due to a plane delay we came late to the depot. We contacted the 24/7 chat Team twice (once out of the plane with expensive plane WIFI, once at the arrival time in the Airport) but they didn't contacted the local crew of the depot about our delay. Anyway they waited for us - a great pleasure! The local team was really great - thank you!

Thank you all for your professionalism. Upon arrival we were greeted by Kashem, who was friendly and attentive to ensure we knew all the details of the van. He was available at all times during the trip, you couldn't ask for more. Regarding the van, everything was perfect, clean and well maintained. Thank you for making the trip perfect. Il faudrait avoir une liste de service pour vidange toilette, faire le plein d'eau,prise de courant,il serait bien que les van soient équipés de panneaux solaires celà donnerait plus d'autonomie à la batterie une fois à l'arrêt

There should be a list of services for emptying the toilet, filling up with water, power outlets, it would be good if the vans were equipped with solar panels, this would give more autonomy to the battery once stationary.

Everything about our rental exceeded our expectations. Specifically Kashem’s check in process was incredibly thorough he went through every single aspect of the vehicles equipment. Even hands on showed us how to work every door, latch, blind, button, and switch. He showed us how to really take care of the camper as if it was our own baby! Absolutely great work! We had no issues with our van at all it and had the upmost amount of confidence because of how well maintained the rental was, and because of how thorough the check in process was. Amazing service! Kashem did a phenomenal job! I would without a doubt rent from indie campers again and recommend them 100%. Specifically the Helsinki rental office was absolutely fantastic to work with. Kashem was incredibly thorough with our check in process and went through every part of the van with us giving us absolute confidence in our van! He gave us the knowledge and tools for a successful trip without any problems at all. We booked our camper last minute, and to my understanding Kashem came in on his expected day off just to check us in! And absolutely did not rush anything and treated us with the upmost respect and customer service. When we were returning the van, I unfortunately left my wallet and phone at a gas station and had to turn around 2 hours to get it, delaying our expected check in and almost missing our flight! Kashem was nothing but helpful in this situation! He allowed us a delayed check in, also took a phone call from the Good Samaritan that found my phone! He gave us ease during a very stressful situation! I can not be more grateful for him and this company. We were really taken care of. Would 100% rent from Indie again.

Great holiday tnks at indie campers

Just a technical thing; the WC door that doesn’t stay closed. It has been an amazing experience for us, and the Indie Campers team has make it easier as we are beginners in this kind of trips. The van was above our expectations, and it’s super comfortable to travel with it. We surely will repeat again with Indie Campers.

Heizung mit Gas in die Beschreibung aufnehmen. Kochen hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Include gas heating in the description. Cooking worked very well.
