Timely notification of bookings that were not possible. Our drop-off point closed a day early and we were forced to book a hotel so we could catch our flight. Indie Campers took very good care of us and covered the overnight costs. Everything was fine
Rechtzeitige Bekanntgabe von nicht möglichen Buchungen. Unsere Abgabestation schloss 1 Tag früher und wir waren gezwungen ein Hotel zu buchen, um unseren Flug nehmen zu können. Indie Campers hat sich aber sehr gut gekümmert und die Übernachtungskosten werden übernommen Alles gut

Ad blu was low and washer bottle was empty so this could have been checked better.
Also making sure that both gas bottles have correct fittings on them which one of ours didn't. Was surprised at the lack of an oven or microwave which reduced the type of food we could prepare in the motorhome.

Very good service. Suggestion to include bed linen for four people in the kit. Include a fan and a vacuum cleaner to make cleaning easier.

Had difficulty with the propane, the van had a German tank and regulator, so I could not find a French tank to fit, and no one would refill it. Spent cold days with no heat or hot water or cooking. Overall fine experience.

There was an incongruity for the number of km allocated between the Imoova booking and Indi Campers. Pleasant experience subject to comments after the return of the vehicle.

Make sure you have all the equipment available when checking in the vehicle because I had to do it without a wetsuit, otherwise overall the check-in went very well! Connor managed the check-out perfectly, the exchange was friendly and professional! He answered all the questions without any problems....
