Water to kitchen sink leaks into the floor of the camper and the gray water tube doesn’t work. Otherwise, the vehicle was great! We had a very good experience using Indie Campers.

We had an older model in the fleet. She was showing her age in places. The cleaning could have been a little better. There was a pillowcase missing from the bedding kit. Extra cleaning cloths would have been useful for cleaning down the shower, keeping the windscreen clear etc. The tyres needed air and ad blue had not been refilled. Otherwise we really enjoyed our experience and had a wonderful time in Iceland.

Ideal for smaller travelers l. Unfortunately it was too rainy and windy to use the roof top tent which would have provided more head room than what is in the duster

Information provided prior to trip could have been better, for example informing us that there is no shuttle from the airport. The check-in on the website was broken for some time. An airport shuttle would be a desired service as we had to pay quite a lot for a local taxi. Would be happy to wait for some time for the shuttle. Vehicle was a good choice for Iceland, lots of fancy features and the roof box worked well.

We are inexperienced campervan travelers so there were a few things that we needed that we didn’t know about. Luckily the people that checked us in caught it and helped us, but it would be nice to have this sorted before so there isn’t an extra cost. Both my brother and I are tall and we found this camper van very spacious. We bumped our heads a bit but could fully stretch out to sleep. The camper van was clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful time! Thank you.

Contratamos la caravana Atlas para 4 personas y cogimos el kit esencial. Al llegar vimos que este kit incluía sólo sábanas para una cama (2 personas), por lo que tuvimos que alquilar otras allí por 80€, un precio abusivo para el estado en el que se encontraban. En nuestro caso, todo lo esencial funcionó correctamente y no tuvimos ningún incidente nuestro viaje. Lo único que no funcionaba era la radio y la pantalla (que no nos importó porque llevábamos el móvil) y el grifo soltaba un poco de agua. Por lo demás, todo sin incidencias.

Give each Hirer a Small checklist with the things they should understand about their vehicle. They can then confirm that everything was explained. We left without understanding grey water as it was not explained in the rush. The same card can be used to note emergency numbers, etc. The vehicle traveleld over a 1000km without a problem and was solid to drive and felt safe at all times

Un service de navettes vers l'aéroport serait un plus! Nous avons découvert l'aventure en van, c'était la première fois et le nomad a été parfait pour cela. 2 adultes et 2 ados..

A shuttle service to the airport would be a plus! We discovered the adventure in a van, it was the first time and the nomad was perfect for that. 2 adults and 2 teenagers..

We had a great trip and the camper lived up to expectations. I did have concerns from the start as the vehicle batter was identified as having a low charge but would recharge by driving. It never did. We also plugged the external power supply in every night and it did charge the batteries but the vehicle batter did not hold it's charge. I recommend doing a battery check if the vehicle is returned with a low charge. The Nomad camper worked well for my adult family of 4 for 6 days.

Jogger is a great car for couples! Highly recommended!

The deposit for the car could already be withdrawn when paying for the car. Since we were collecting the car at night (our flight was delayed), we unnecessarily had to deal with entering the deposit (we had paid for the service that the car would be waiting for us... we had to settle the deposit over the phone....you could improve this matter. Lanen assist was erg aanwezig. Hey zou fijn zijn als dat uit kan. Nu ging het automatisch weer aan. Een fijne auto. De tent was goed om in te slapen. Tijdens een zware storm hebben we één keer in het ingebouwde bed in de auto geslapen en dat was ook prima. Leuk ingebouwd keukentje.

Lane assist was very present. Hey it would be nice if that could be turned off. Now it automatically turned on again. A nice car. The tent was good to sleep in. During a heavy storm we slept once in the built-in bed in the car and that was fine too. Nice built-in kitchen.

Voor ons voldeed het prima aan de verwachtingen, de campers worden elke week verhuurd, dus die zijn natuurlijk niet nieuw meer. Een gaspit werkte niet, die hebben we kunnen repareren met behulp van de indiesupport, dat antwoord kwam helaas wel pas later in de week, maar goed het werkte weer. En op de laatste dag is al het water vanwege een malfunctie gedumpt, dat was heel vervelend. We hebben het bij de teruggave laten weten, zodat het nagekeken kon worden. Wij waren heel tevreden, we hebben erg genoten van de camper en zijn prima geholpen door jullie flexibele team zowel vooraf, tijdens als na de reis. Deze campers worden elke week aan een ander verhuurd, wees dus realistisch. De camper geeft je vrijheid een warme plek in een land waar het ook in de zomer best koud kan zijn. Echt een aanrader dus. Indiecampers heeft veel ervaring, veel voertuigen en ze zijn flexibel, helpen goed voor, tijdens en na de reis. Wat ons betreft een prima ervaring en een aanrader.

For us it met our expectations perfectly, the campers are rented out every week, so of course they are not new anymore. A gas burner did not work, we were able to repair it with the help of the indie support, unfortunately that answer did not come until later in the week, but anyway it worked again. And on the last day all the water was dumped due to a malfunction, that was very annoying. We let them know when we returned it, so that it could be checked. We were very satisfied, we really enjoyed the camper and were helped very well by your flexible team before, during and after the trip. These campers are rented out to someone else every week, so be realistic. The camper gives you freedom, a warm place in a country where it can be quite cold in the summer. Really recommended. Indiecampers has a lot of experience, many vehicles and they are flexible, help well before, during and after the trip. As far as we are concerned a great experience and recommended.

Overall nice experience. We had two issue that we have signaled at the check out. 1) one drawer was not fixed and went out during the travel several time. This is a safety issue that has to be fixed. It can severely harm a small kid 2) the heating system was not properly working. We stayed some night at cold I kindly ask to be compensated for this issue. The guys at the check station have been vet nice and helpful. Thanks to Oz and Daniel

It was a good experience, if the camper had a few more hooks to hang things that would be good. Maybe a book on the camper operation would be good as well instead of a video. As the heating system didn’t match the video. If you could email weather alerts to campers that would be helpful. It’s hard for me to check the weather website. I know happy campers do this and they give them a book on the places to see in Iceland.

Very good service from the team and support we just consider the vans should have better mantainance, we end up in a repair shop in Iceland due to engine malfunction. Better general conditions of the camper van.
