Cleaner product, better van fine

Transparency about not receiving a chemical toilet by default would be handy, my electrical socket did not work so charging was a pain, and the windshield light block does not close unless you remove the rear view mirror. Everything else was seemless. Very friendly staff at the Venice depot. Helpful customer service in Scotland Great for a weekend trip, but the low sink and no standing space unless the pop is up (and bed packed away) would make for a painful trip longer than a week. Drives easy, feels like a car. The electric steering makes turning effortless

Everything is fine, man. Very new vehicles, with an excellent level of camperization quality.

The personal who made the check in was very unpolite with us. The check out was all perfect, and the personal was very nice, calm and effective. The only difference in the car, between the online description and the reality was that it said it counted with that incorporated GPS and it didn’t.

Giving an adapter from three to two, I was left a couple of days without electricity due to lack of adapter. Everything very well.

At check in and check out there was a long wait. We only left the depot nearly 2 hours after our pick up time which we paid extra to do early. The depot needs more staff. The van was really good. However, either items were missing or not provided such as cutlery, colander, cups, tin openers which we had to buy separate despite paying extra for the kitchen ware such as the pans and plates etc. Also, most of the van was clean however, beneath the sink tray clearly had not been cleaned at all and was very dirty. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful, but there was just not enough staff for the workload. Ideal if you don't want to change the layout of the van each day after sleeping etc. Was nice to have the toilet and shower, and inside cooking facility when cold or raining. The van is easy to drive if used to driving linger vehicles. Watch the height of it on trees and other things. The vehicle was good on fuel economy too.

Everything went splendidly. The beds would've been alright for 4 people, of course a bit small but bigger than expected.

Next time have the windows, mosquito nets and blinds in working condition. It is not nice for a client to waste his time going to rv repair shops after check in for things that could have been foreseen before delivery to the customer. Apart from that cleaning could have been better. The rest was great. The car fantastico.

The walkthru during check in was good but a few things were not 100% clear. It would be good to have a more in depth recording and easy to find online. For example our water heater was inconsistent in turning on. The experience with Indie Campers was great. A shuttle however to/from the airport would be amazing as the depot is very difficult to access.

Lovely staff, attentive, friendly and good advice. Perfect vehicle, everything was perfect... We had the Nomad Pop top, perfect for combining comfort and ease of movement with the size of the vehicle. We went everywhere without difficulty. Perfect

Pop top canvas had small holes in the top corners, shower and sink stopped working, no easy way of fixing it. Vehicle itself was great just a slightly bigger canvas and more robust system for water delivery. The Naples team were great 5* for them!

The van was absolutely perfect. The team were fantastic and met our needs throughout our trip. There was a long wait on our check in time (1430hr) as we didn't hit the road until 1630hrs. This meant that we missed our planned stop at Naples on the first day. The only negatives are that there were broken items within the van (pop top zipper, mosquito net on door) and the cabin windows were very dirty inside. There was also a nasty smell in the fridge on collection. This did not take away any enjoyment of the van and the experience. All in all, a fantastic trip. Very much enjoyed. The car was in need of a service in the backseats. The staff was superb, keep them Ideal for couple, the client should check everything by himself/herself

Sarebbe utile fornire una spiegazione completa al momento del check in anche se al cliente non vengono domande specifiche (perchè alle prime armi) e verificare con chi noleggia il veicolo che tutto sia funzionante (acqua, gas, toilette). Siamo partiti e alla prima accensione del gas ci siamo accorti che la bombola collegata era completamente finita, quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo la sera e il giorno dopo abbiamo chiesto supporto per cambiarla. Tuttavia, anche questa seconda bombola era forse parzialmente scarica, quindi siamo riusciti a utilizzarla solo per 2 pasti. Andrebbe quindi sempre verificato il livello delle bombole e mostrato come accendere correttamente i fornelli. Grazie! Bellissima esperienza, furgone con pochi chilometri, funzionante. Servirebbe maggiore attenzione nella verifica del funzionamento di tutto (bombola del gas attaccata era in realtà scarica). Consigliamo il Joa!

It would be helpful to provide a full explanation at check-in even if the customer does not ask specific questions (because they are beginners) and to check with the person renting the vehicle that everything is working (water, gas, toilet). We left and when we turned on the gas for the first time we realized that the connected cylinder was completely empty, so we could not use it in the evening and the next day we asked for support to change it. However, this second cylinder was also perhaps partially empty, so we were only able to use it for 2 meals. The level of the cylinders should therefore always be checked and shown how to turn on the stove correctly. Thank you! Great experience, van with few kilometers, working. More attention should be paid to checking that everything is working (the gas cylinder attached was actually empty). We recommend the Joa!

Rendere più semplice contatti telefonici per avere informazioni prima di prenotare. Ho impiegato due giorni per riuscire a prenotare e avevo bisogno di un contatto diretto con un operatore. Mi ha risposto solo una persona che parlava inglese e non riuscivamo a capirci. Consiglio anche di integrare altre informazioni sul tutorial. Per chi non ha esperienza di camper e è importante. Ottima esperienza con il modello Etrusco camper. Non avevo mai guidato un camper ed è stato abbastanza facile Segnalo la gentilezza e disponibilità di chi mi ha accolto al pick up (Martha).

Make it easier to contact the phone to get information before booking. It took me two days to book and I needed direct contact with an operator. Only one person who spoke English answered me and we couldn't understand each other. I also recommend integrating other information into the tutorial. For those who have no experience with campers and it is important. Excellent experience with the Etrusco camper model. I had never driven a camper and it was quite easy I would like to point out the kindness and helpfulness of the person who welcomed me at the pick up (Martha).

Le nettoyage n'était pas très approfondi. Pour le reste, le véhicule correspond bien aux attentes. Tout s'est bien déroulé à la réception du véhicule. Celui ci avait bien les équipements annoncés, tout est fonctionnel. Il roule très bien et se conduit comme une voiture "normale". Seul bémol, la propreté n'était pas parfaite.

The cleaning was not very thorough. For the rest, the vehicle corresponds well to expectations. Everything went well upon receipt of the vehicle. It had the equipment announced, everything is functional. It runs very well and drives like a "normal" car. The only downside is that the cleanliness was not perfect.

Brilliant experience! however, I did find it difficult to speak to an agent at times and did not like the robot service on the internet but this did not have a major impact on my holiday! Brilliant experience, great team on checking in and out. I would definitely use and recommend indi campers to others!!
