Solar shower was not in the vehicle when we departed. Vehicle was somewhat dusty on interior and exterior but it’s in the middle of the desert so probably hard to keep that out. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful with showing us around the vehicle. Good time with a capable vehicle!

The accessories like bedding, outdoor chairs and outdoor grill were in poor condition. The indoor table could not be installed. The black waste tank was not empty upon pickup. There should be written documentation about RV systems. The overall experience was good.

Loved our “roofnest” tent on top of the car, easy to use and comfortable for two
Fridge was working well not draining too much battery and equipment was great.
We got the gas tank kitchen and table with chairs and don’t regret

We had a great trip, many thanks. There were a couple of minor issues with the Jeep, but overall really good and the local team were very helpful. We really enjoyed our Jeep, although 3 weeks camping in a tent was a lot! We may go for a bigger camper next time.

Excellent service WhatsApp roadside assistance took a long time to respond to a situation where we were stuck. Tires were needed, which was billed directly to IndieCampers, rather than being paid out of pocket and reimbursed. Overall good.

I think the on road contact team could be abit more responsive. Was an absolute treat to travel in, did very well on fuel and handling the roads, amazing time away.

Unfortunately the camper was broken into, as a tip, the windows are very easy to break open. I would change this
