Indie Campers Reviews in Olbia

Il team locale è stato attento e molto disponibile, solo una piccola dimenticanza, mancavano le posate nel set da cucina. Non è chiarissimo che il deposito Indie Campers è raggiungibile solo in taxi dall'aeroporto di Olbia. I transfer dall'aeroporto dovrebbero essere gratuiti. Mi sono trovata molto bene con Indie Campers e lo consiglio caldamente per esplorare la Sardegna! Il deposito a Olbia è 7 minuti dall'aeroporto in taxi.

The local team was attentive and very helpful, only one small oversight, the cutlery was missing from the kitchen set. It is not very clear that the Indie Campers depot can only be reached by taxi from Olbia airport. Transfers from the airport should be free. I had a great experience with Indie Campers and I highly recommend it for exploring Sardinia! The depot in Olbia is 7 minutes from the airport by taxi.

We would have to be informed when we checked-in that we would be charged if we were late for the dropoff (and not through an e-mail few minutes before) The staff is very kind. Very helpful. The campervan was as expected, cleaned and convenient. Be sure to dropoff in time, if not you will get charged 100€ for each hour’s delay

I due ragazzi che ci hanno aiutato al ritiro e alla consegna del van a Olbia sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. Tutto sommato è andato bene, purtroppo il furgone aveva solo alcune cose rotte (un cassetto che non si chiudeva bene e le tende delle due finestre che non rimanevano chiuse) ma questo non ci ha limitato troppo e siamo riusciti a goderci la vacanza. È stata la nostra prima esperienza con un van/camper e devo dire che Indie Campers è stato un buon modo per avvicinarsi a questo mondo. The two guys who helped us pick up and drop off the van in Olbia were very kind, helpful and professional. All in all it went well, unfortunately the van only had a few broken things (a drawer that didn't close properly and the curtains on the two windows that didn't stay closed) but this didn't limit us too much and we were able to enjoy our holiday. Une grande moustiquaire pour dormir avec les 2 portes arrières ouvertes serait top car pour dormir nous voulions ouvrir les 2 portes sans se faire piquer par les moustiques mais pas possible ! Sinon tout était vraiment super. Ce VAN est parfait pour un voyage en couple !

A large mosquito net to sleep with the 2 back doors open would be great because to sleep we wanted to open the 2 doors without getting bitten by mosquitoes but not possible! Otherwise everything was really great. This VAN is perfect for a couple's trip!

A toilet brush is necessary. I think for the cost of the rental, adding a brush is a small expense that the customer would appreciate. Camping chairs are very large and make storage difficult. It would be nice to add total comprehensive insurance (not covering top and bottom... it doesn't create peace of mind). It has been an unforgettable experience. Although at first the rental price seems very high, once on the road and on the first day you realize that it was worth it. The day lasts for at least two and you completely disconnect. Although they have capacity for 4 people (Gran California), due to the limited space inside a camper, the ideal is to travel with 2 people.

Knowing how to get to Indie Campers from the airport would be a very valued and helpful information. The link in the e-mail to return the car brought us to a wrong place, maybe just my google maps that is misunderstanding, but maybe worth the check All good

Really enjoyed the service and the quality of the car. The staff was super nice and friendly, explained everything in details and answered to all our questions. Highly recommend to travel with this company

Marco is very nice and helped us when we got robbed and had to come back to get the van fixed. Just bothered about the long way to come back to get it fixed, I hope we won’t be charged for theses 70km that weren’t planned.. thank you A bus to come and go from the depot would be nice !

The van was great and the people of the office were very helpful. Ufortunately we couldnt pick up the van the day we expected because no one showed up in the late checkin and we didnt had enough battery to solve our problem of card limit with the bank for the insuerence.
