The vehicle could have been cleaned better in and out but other than that, we got what we paid for. Great staff. We paid a low price for an adequate campervan and were happy with what we got.

When we book the bedding kit and we are four people, we expect that both beds are provided with bedsheets, pillows and blankets. We needed to buy an additional kit at the pick-up for 44€. That was not so nice It was amazing! Thank you. Next time again :)

The team on site was perfect. Very good experience both picking up and dropping of the vehicle. Very much appreciated.
What wasn't too clear is entry to the premises with the closed gate and absense of the guard to open it, and auto responder when calling a number. This can be greatly improved.

- Bettdecke für Jahreszeit etwas dünn
- Gemüseschäler wäre toll und ein 2. Messer zum kochen
- es weile toll, wenn man darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das Kochset nur eine Erstausstattung ist und eine Gasflasche ungefähr 2-3 Tage kochen reicht
- ein kleiner Brillenhalter beim oder im Bett

Tínhamos só uma muda de cama quando éramos 3 pessoas no van, 2 adultos e uma criança. Van tinha algumas coisas estragadas, portas que não fecham correctamente , estore de uma janela rasgada… Bonne expérience dans la globalité! Par contre l’entreprise devrait entretenir le van, il y avait des choses ...

De bus is natuurlijk niet meer nieuw, maar twee dingen vielen wel op, een hoek van de bank is kapot als je deze omklapt waardoor het schuim zal afbreken en we konden het gordijntje boven het keukenblok niet ophangen omdat er geen haakjes inzaten. Gek dat dit niet is gecontroleerd, we hebben zelf haa...

No wedges to level the car. Das Fahrzeug war einfach zu lenken & wendig. Das Stockbett ist bestimmt super, wenn man Kinder hat. Als Paar würden wir diese Variante vermutlich nicht mehr buchen. Sondern einen Van ohne Stockbett, da die Kästen oben links & rechts für das Verstauen der Bekleidung fehle...

Team Vorort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei wünschen. Sehr guter Service bei der Ankunft Gut ausgestattetes Auto mit Gesamtpaket zum campen. Hatten eine sehr gute Zeit mit dem Auto. Vor allem das Team Vorort in Porto war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Few things were faulty. The payment for barbecue rental is out of this world for such a small thing worth 10€ at any store. Good choice for a family of four with plenty of space even for rainy days

Overall our experience was very good, however we would improve a few little things:
- more kitchen accessories such as more sharp knives, wine glasses, small spoons, bigger dish washing liquid
- extra blanket for colder nights
- water heater was not working, so we had to shower in cold water
