Very good service from the Porto team.
Overall our experience was very good, however we would improve a few little things:
- more kitchen accessories such as more sharp knives, wine glasses, small spoons, bigger dish washing liquid
- extra blanket for colder nights
- water heater was not working, so we had to shower in cold water

Camper okay. Innen schon Recht abgewohnt. Das Küchenequipment wirklich alt und z.t Essensreste vom Vormieter - das hat mich wirklich gestört. Und habe ich daher auch nicht benutzt. Ansonsten alles i.O. Die Leute vor Ort wirklich nett und positiv. Land und Leute toll. Alles in allem ein schöner Trip.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The fridge does not work well, maximum duration at an optimal temperature is 5 hours. In our camper it would have been useful to have the mini computer where we could see the amount of energy present and also the amount of water.

Check that everything works before the pick up, for ex our water tanks cap was loose and felt, all the cabins did not open, sink was leaking a bit. :) Suitable for two person perfectly :)

Was great , we got exactly what we asked for This can was a great option as it’s not to big and easy to manoeuvre around small streets! Pop up roof was great

everything worked well except the bathroom and the vehicle was slightly different from what was in the pictures, the staff at check in and out were always friendly!! generally I recommend it to everyone it was a wonderful experience!!
tutto funzionava bene apparte il bagno e il veicolo era lievemente diverso da quello che c’era nelle immagini, il personale al check in e out sempre cordiale!! generalmente lo consiglio un po’ a tutti è stata una bellissima esperienza!!

We had a great trip and loved travelling with this van. The Active Plus was everything we needed.
I recommend to discover Portugal this way :)
Few things to improve:
The stove wasn’t very clean
We couldn’t turn the seats around

There were several small issues with the interior functions I.e. window blinds broken and not closing, fridge not working properly. But overall great 👍🏼
