I was really impressed with the van, although we were not told that the heater would not work without more than one qua...

All was great and the staff was helpful and always willing to assist from check-in to check -out. Vehicle worked well except the auxiliary heater did not work through the trip at all and just a missing reverse sensor. Otherwise the vehicle was in great condition.

The response is quick but between response and response it is slow and reaching the objective of the conversation is slow. We were almost a day without water because the response was not accurate...
