Il manquait juste des infos sur le gaz et la réserve d'eau qui était hors gel, donc pas de stock d'eau. Appel a l'assistance mais pas le bon modèle de véhicule fourni. Aide à Naples d'indie campers . Très sympathiques

All was great and the staff was helpful and always willing to assist from check-in to check -out. Vehicle worked well except the auxiliary heater did not work through the trip at all and just a missing reverse sensor. Otherwise the vehicle was in great condition.

The experience was excellent, the caravan is great. Customer service could be improved, it was not good. The response is quick but between response and response it is slow and reaching the objective of the conversation is slow. We were almost a day without water because the response was not accurate...

Vehicle was not very clean from the outside, but I believe that is good as in Italy where there is risk of theft (guide told us during check in about it, which was helpful), it is good. the water hose provided was much too short and did not have any connectors.
It would be nice to have levelling things to put under the wheels.
The bedding provided did not fit the large bed of the Etrusco, so I had to go buy extra sheet. (I tried to get support with this but I was denied)

We had the best time with the van &we loved it The help from the support was not all that good since when we asked for help with refelling our cooking gas we didn’t have that much of help and also we got the van with not enough adblue as was said in the beginning

Road side assistance took 1 hour to respond.
