The van was absolutely perfect. The team were fantastic and met our needs throughout our trip. There was a long wait on our check in time (1430hr) as we didn't hit the road until 1630hrs. This meant that we missed our planned stop at Naples on the first day. The only negatives are that there were broken items within the van (pop top zipper, mosquito net on door) and the cabin windows were very dirty inside. There was also a nasty smell in the fridge on collection. This did not take away any enjoyment of the van and the experience. All in all, a fantastic trip. Very much enjoyed. Debe aclarar cuando la entrega sea remota. Llegamos y estaba cerrada la oficina. La atención telefónica debiera incorporar operadores en español para que sea mas simple. Por otra parte queríamos agregar un garrafa de gas y no pudimos hacerlo. Todo muy bien.

It should be clarified when the delivery is remote. We arrived and the office was closed. The telephone service should incorporate operators in Spanish to make it simpler. On the other hand, we wanted to add a gas cylinder and we couldn't do it. Everything was fine.

Wir hätten gerne am Anfang mehr Zeit gehabt, um eine Einweisung für den Camper zu erhalten. Zudem ist und während des Aufenthalts aufgefallen, dass eine Gaskartusche sowie das Ladekabel für die Kühlbox für 12V gefehlt haben. Ansonsten waren wieder aber zufrieden.

We would have liked to have had more time at the beginning to get an introduction to the camper. During our stay we also noticed that a gas cartridge and the charging cable for the 12V cooler were missing. Other than that we were satisfied again.

Wij hebben een aangename reis gehad met de camper! Toch hebben we enkele dingen opgemerkt: - Zowel de binnen als de buitenkant van de camper was best vuil. Er waren vlekken op de zetels en de binnenkant van de daktent. - De batterijdisplay werkte niet naar behoren. De tijd die op de display stond ging vaak van 60h naar 16h in enkele minuten. We hebben onze van een paar keer een hele nacht ingestoken dus dat de batterij na zo’n nacht op een uur 40h afneemt is best raar. - Bij de pick-up van het voertuig hebben we een klein uur moeten wachten voor we konden vertrekken en dat heeft onze reis een beetje vertraagd. Na een hele dag reizen is het fijner om meteen na check-in te kunnen vertrekken. Voor de rest zouden we zeker terug boeken! Zie vorig antwoord :)

We had a pleasant trip with the camper! However, we noticed a few things: - Both the inside and outside of the camper were quite dirty. There were stains on the seats and the inside of the roof tent. - The battery display did not work properly. The time on the display often went from 60h to 16h in a few minutes. We have left our van in for a whole night a few times, so it is quite strange that the battery decreases to 40h after such a night. - When picking up the vehicle, we had to wait for almost an hour before we could leave and that delayed our trip a bit. After a whole day of traveling, it is nicer to be able to leave immediately after check-in. For the rest, we would definitely book again! See previous answer :)

Séjour d'une semaine plus que merveilleux. Le van est très fonctionnel, et très facile à conduire. Le personnel d'Indie Campers est aussi très sympathique. Parfait pour visiter l'Italie. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Al check in tutti i ragazzi estremamente gentili e professionali. Occorre però organizzarlo meglio perché c'era una fila di persone in attesa della consegna e l'ho ritirato con due ore di ritardo. Ho dovuto affrettare il viaggio prima che chiudessero il campeggio. Se fossi dovuto partire in nave sarebbe stato un problema... Cmq tutto al top per il resto

At check in all the guys were extremely kind and professional. However, it needs to be better organized because there was a line of people waiting for the delivery and I picked it up two hours late. I had to hurry the trip before they closed the campsite. If I had to leave by ship it would have been a problem... Anyway everything was top for the rest
