Overall, we really enjoyed the camper and the trip. A few things: we didn’t get a hose when we picked up the van but fortunately made do. We also purchased our own Fastrack pass, and it got charged for tolls but we also got a charge from you (we are going to connect with customer service to see what can be done). We also returned the vehicle with more gas than when we got it. Thank you

I did wait over an hour for my vehicle to begin with. Everyone was really nice tho. It did seem kinda dirty, but I didn’t care, I just wanted to go. Other than that it was great. It was the perfect size for what I needed.

The van was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for both long drives and cozy nights. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully functional kitchen to a comfortable bed. The van was easy to drive, even on winding roads, and its compact size made it convenient to park just about anywhere. The freedom to explore at our own pace and wake up to different beautiful views each morning was a truly unique experience. The entire journey was smooth, and we felt completely at home on wheels. It was a fantastic way to travel and connect with nature, without any of the usual hassles. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this camper van experience to anyone looking for a unique and memorable adventure!

To foster the relationship with clients, it would be great to have a voucher/discount code for further bookings with indie campers. The prices seems to climb but the vehicle stays the same which seems not congruent. In this case, most of the zipers from the windows were not closing correctly, which can be irritating as the sun wakes you up very early in the morning. Additionally, not sure if the electricity plugs did not work or if we were not able to use it correctly. Everything else was great, we really enjoyed staying in the solis and the team is very helpful and kind.

Everything was great. I unfortunately didn’t get to pick up the vehicle in time so if possible if I could have a credit for the early pickup that would be great. I put extra gas in the tank. Thank you ! I had a great experience. Loved the ameneties. I will book earlier next time to secure a better deal. Very thankful for this service offered.

The van worked great and the hole team at Indie Campers San Francisco was really supportive along the way. Would highly recommend them!! The overall experience was great, it’s a really professional team with high quality cars. Will book again with them next year.

More efficient check-in process, use the San Jose location and make it a burner dedicated checkout. Make sure keys match the RV (we had to get new keys) Make sure black and grey tanks are empty, we received the RV with a few gallons of black water still. Checkout process in San Jose was fantastic and smooth. James who checked us out was efficient, polite, and helpful Indie campers were overall great to work with. Especially with accommodating burners. The check in process is a bit slow and inefficient at their regular SF (Redwood City) location, but the burner dedicated checkout process in San Jose was incredible. Please do that for both checking and checkout next year. Thanks for helping make our burn happen!

Gerardo and Preet were both spectacularly and helpful, both during check in and check out, and both deserve raises. Only problem was the RV was missing the 30A power adapter on departure. Had to order one last minute.

I really liked the service at Check-In. The team was very friendly and the process was swift and pleasant. The vehicle was clean both inside and outside, but not impeccably clean. I really liked that the Vehicle was new and very well equipped. There were some minor issues with the electronics (some interior lights and sockets were not working), which did not affect the overall experience. I would however suggest that you arrange for the dumping facilities at the check-out point as it was difficult to find a dumping site in San Francisco. Having said that, I am happy with the rent and I will certainly come back to Indie Campers for my next road trip.

The guys at pick up and drop off were awesome! I was concerned as had read some negative reviews, but the team far exceed my expectations. There were a couple of missing chairs that we paid for, and we were missing a second set of bed sheets and did not have towels so had to buy some additional on the way. But it wasn’t a big deal: more than made up for it by the service provided by the team. Was fast and easy to pick up and drop off.

Overall everything went very well. We are just disappointed to have had to pay 360$ more at the end of our stay for the miles, while the contact from San Francisco clearly stipulated to us that it wasn’t important if we exceeded, that there would be no additional cost. We still asked him twice if he was sure. We sent an email because we needed help on how to pump propane and empty the waste water. They were very responsive! thank you again

Please check all kits for compleatleness. Solis is a nice car for 4 people to get around. It brought is everywhere. 20ft length is optimal for Camping in national Parks and driving windy roads. 22ft is often a limit for several roads to go.

Would be nice if there were some coffee cups provided as well, since a French press is included. Also more than one hook to hang towels or clothes in the van

Gostei principalmente do atendimento e facilidade de comunicação. Muito embora o nosso veículo tenha apresentado alguns problemas (o aquecedor de água não estava funcionando e o banco de baterias do veículo não aguentava carga), o Indie Campers foi muito solícito em encontrar uma solução compatível com a nossa necessidade. Estou muito feliz por ter encolhido a Indie Campers, mesmo com estes imprevistos, adoramos a experiência. Minha única sugestão, é que verifiquem melhor a situação dos veículos antes da retirada, para ver se todas as funcionalidades estão ok

I particularly liked the service and ease of communication. Although our vehicle had some problems (the water heater wasn't working and the vehicle's battery bank couldn't hold a charge), Indie Campers was very helpful in finding a solution that met our needs. I'm very happy that I chose Indie Campers. Even with these unforeseen issues, we loved the experience. My only suggestion is that they check the condition of the vehicles more thoroughly before picking them up, to make sure that all the functions are OK.
