We had a great trip. Our camper was in good condition overall. The oven didn't work, and the heater needed restart here and there.

A great experience. Very good attention from the local team (campers index Zurich). They explained everything to us very well and were very attentive.
First time van camper renter and it won’t be the last I loved the experience and this company associates were great & friendly.

Have a good trip, the vehicle was clean and of good quality and the advice from the people on site was great
The only thing missing was the plate to heat the food, we had to buy it at Walmart
Otherwise, nothing to say, good experience

The water tap was broken. Be sure that this equipment is in a good shape when the vehicle is picked up.

I did wait over an hour for my vehicle to begin with. Everyone was really nice tho. It did seem kinda dirty, but I didn’t care, I just wanted to go. Other than that it was great. It was the perfect size for what I needed.

The van worked great and the hole team at Indie Campers San Francisco was really supportive along the way. Would highly recommend them!! The overall experience was great, it’s a really professional team with high quality cars. Will book again with them next year.

Gerardo and Preet were both spectacularly and helpful, both during check in and check out, and both deserve raises.
Only problem was the RV was missing the 30A power adapter on departure. Had to order one last minute.
