The LA branch where we dropped off was like a different company to the Seatle pick up branch. Seattle there was just one guy (he was nice enough), no where to sit, no info, LA nice and big AC office, lots of friendly staff etc. Vehicle was generally ok, ours felt like it had done some hard miles and was a bit clunky, guess to be expected from a large vehicle. Everything worked as should apart from a tank sensor which said black water was full when empty, and we had anairlock so no water when not plugged into public, tried to get help from the IC app but they kept asking for videos of the tap not working, so gave up, luckily we were at main water every stop. All that aside we had the best time and cant wait to do it all again..

The team really went above & beyond with every aspect of our RV hire. They made pick up & drop off very easy and spent time to show us every aspect of the vehicle and their friendly and helpful approach made everything a breeze. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team! Thank you again 🤙

My girlfriend & I loved renting this Jeep through indie campers. Check in process went smooth! We spent the whole week exploring Olympic National Park along with Mt Rainer! This Jeep had it all! A place to sleep, a stove to cook some food, & a radio to play some jams while we explored! Highly recommend renting from this place!

We had a fantastic experience with Indie Camper during our recent trip exploring the Pacific Northwest! Renting from them proved to be a great choice, and we would definitely recommend their services to others looking for an adventurous way to see this beautiful region. One of the standout features of our rental was the rooftop tent. It made setting up camp incredibly easy and quick, and we found the tent to be both comfortable and dry throughout our stay. While we didn't utilize all the camping features—like the cooler, sink, and solar shower—to their full potential, we noted that they were in great condition and could have further enhanced our trip. The positives didn’t stop there. The staff, particularly James and Diamond, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to tour some of the other vans and campers available, which was a nice touch. The Jeep itself was in good operating condition, and the tires were in great shape, ensuring a smooth ride on our journey. However, there were a few opportunities for improvement. When we picked up the Jeep, it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned; we found bedding from the previous renter still in the rooftop tent, and the exterior of the vehicle clearly needed a wash. Additionally, the washer fluid was empty upon pickup, and the gas tank wasn’t full, which was a minor inconvenience that delayed our start slightly. Overall, Indie Camper provided a memorable and enjoyable rental experience. With a bit more attention to cleaning and vehicle readiness, they could elevate their service even further. We left feeling satisfied and eager to recommend them to fellow adventurers!

We were slightly dubious when we arrived due to the location and state of the office but we soon realised that it was a case of don't judge a book by its cover. The Jeep was wonderful to drive and didn't let us down once. The pop up tent was great and we were sad to hand it back. Don't let the bad reviews put you off we had no problems at all. Overall a really great holiday we want to do again

We had the best experience with Indie Campers! They were so simple to work with, no hidden fees, everything was straight forward on cost and their staff was so flexible and a accommodating. The camper was super clean & nice. Literally no issues with the vehicle- looked brand new and everything functioned that way. Perfect for our little family and our trip to the Olympics! Special shout out to Karl. He was AWESOME. We will definitely book again soon because of Indie & Karl!

It was a great well equipped camper for a great trip down to visit. Many parks and excursions. The support online was very helpful. Any issues and we were sent to a repair shop
