The fridge smelled bad when we picked up the van and we decided to clean it ourselves. We also read online that the top bed was removable but we found out it wasn’t when we picked up the van. We also would have liked some more kitchen gear. For instance a big knife to be able to cut fruits, vegetables, meat etc.
Besides that, we had a really good experience, the car drove really well and we had no problems during our rental period.

Customer service did not reply to my email before checking in. There is no power adapter for a normal plug. I miss solar panels so as not to depend on plugging into adapted areas every day. Otherwise, the staff in Seville has been very attentive to us. My first experience on this type of trip has been very enriching. The only drawback was that the fridge needed to be charged almost daily, but if you bring a refrigerator, that can be solved. We will be back.

Everything was great and the staff was very friendly. Totally recommended and we will definitely be back. I only had one problem with the fridge, it didn't cool properly either with gas or with battery. It started working when we connected it to the external power in the camper area.

Some mistakes when picking it up that didn't cause much trouble during the trip, apart from that everything was fine. It's expensive but the experience is worth it! Virginia attended to us and was a great success, super nice, helpful and patient (it was our first time)

The van model was older and different from the catalog, no gps, diferent fridge. no outside awning. No Conditioned air in the van during hot days it's a fail. We thought that the gas bottle was an option, but to use the fridge when stopped and without electricity it's mandatory. Everything else went fine, an excellent experience, nice team, easy and fast adaptation to driving, confortable seats and beds, good WC. Definitely a great adventure! Great van, needs solar panel, outside awning, AC for the rooms and better fridge. Recommended for cooler days...

The attention of the local team both at the time of pick-up and delivery (Brussels) was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and clear in their explanations, and open to answering any questions we had during the route.
As for the camper, it had everything we expected. And everything worked well!
We would definitely return to Indie Campers!

Very comfortable vehicle for travelling and easy to prepare for rest, the service in the shop is very good. These are vehicles that pass through many hands and the wear on the doors and tables is noticeable but it is normal.

But the expensive model is missing the radio.

They gave us a hose without a tap and a kitchen kit without rags. The rest of the improvement is to be more transparent with the final cost in the initial announcement. There is a big difference between the price shown at the end and this should be better explained. There are also basic services listed as extras with costs. It is very comfortable to move around, also to sleep because it has a retractable roof. For a shower it is a little more complex because it cannot be inside, but in general it is very comfortable.

Checking everything before delivery, such as the gas, that everything works and emphasizing cleanliness. They would need to have roadside assistance so that we do not have to go to your depot. In general, regardless of the fact that they have given us a vehicle with an almost used gas cylinder that lasted us 3 days and the water pump broken, they have solved the situation in a serious and professional manner, which is why we consider them a serious company.
