Very good van and service from the indie campers depot. On the other hand, the barbecue was forgotten (but refunded quickly), adblue empty from the start we had to fill up and no windscreen washer. Practical vehicle that drives well!
Très bon van et service de la part du dépôt indie campers. Par contre, le barbecue a été oublié (mais remboursement rapide), adblue vide dès le début nous avons du faire le plein et pas de lave-glace. Véhicule pratique qui roule bien !

Everything was fine, the only thing is that the manuals they send and the tutorials are in English and are difficult to understand on some occasions.
Otherwise, it has met all possible expectations. It meets expectations for a comfortable and convenient trip.

Estaba todo muy bien, lo único que los manuelas que envían y los tutoriales están en ingles y son difíciles de comprender para algunas ocasiones.
Por lo demás ha cumplido todas las espectativas posibles Cumple las espectativas para un viaje cómodo y confortable.

The fridge smelled bad when we picked up the van and we decided to clean it ourselves. We also read online that the top bed was removable but we found out it wasn’t when we picked up the van. We also would have liked some more kitchen gear. For instance a big knife to be able to cut fruits, vegetables, meat etc.
Besides that, we had a really good experience, the car drove really well and we had no problems during our rental period.

When I arrived there was an error in the system and the van was not ready, although the team started cleaning it immediately and were very kind. A very complete and very new van, very easy to drive. I am 1'90m tall and I was still very comfortable. 10/10 we would repeat.
Cuando llegué había un error en el sistema y la furgoneta no estaba preparada, aunque el equipo se puso a limpiarla enseguida y fue muy amable Una van muy completa y muy nueva, facilísima de conducir. Mido 1'90m y aunnasí estuve muy cómodo. 10/10 repetiríamos.
When I arrived there was an error in the system and the van was not ready, although the team started cleaning it immediately and were very kind. A very complete and very new van, very easy to drive. I am 1'90m tall and I was still very comfortable. 10/10 we would repeat.

Bisognerebbe migliorare la manutenzione fatta ai veicoli prima della consegna al cliente, riparando eventuali danni importanti fatti dal cliente precedente, per non far si che il cliente successivo debba rimetterci le ferie per ripararli come avvenuto nel mio caso.
Una gomma danneggiata va sostituita prima del noleggio successivo e non durante a spese del malcapitato cliente. Nel complesso bella esperienza.
Da migliorare il servizio clienti in caso di assistenza, in modo da poter parlare con un operatore anziché messaggiare su WhatsApp, e la manutenzione del veicolo prima della consegna al cliente successivo, così da garantire al più possibile un esperienza senza intoppi.

Everything was fantastic, the service was very pleasant and fast. I missed a telephone for queries. Everything else was great and fast and the service was very friendly.

As I had no problems and the staff were really helpful and understanding of my Mrs I am not sure how anything could be improved. I was unsure what camper to choose and from before the booking, however staff really helped with understanding how to get the the best out of my experience.
When picking it up the staff were friendly and helpful and talked me through anything I read unsure of. I got good advice which made my break work better.
When dropping it off I still received excellent service which is so important as it makes you feel valued and more likely to use Indie Campers again.

Cleaning behind the toilet, with a bit more detailing/stubborn marks removal. But that requires more support for the person cleaning—who I saw working hard non-stop during both pick-up and drop-off. It was a lovely newer van though! Thank you. Went for pop-top this time. Was unsure if it was worth the extra money. Definitely was! Both in terms of sleeping space, but also because of the awning. Bear in mind it's a lot cooler sleeping in the pop-top. It was a wonderful newer vehicle. A significant improvement on the older (and non-pop-top) vehicle we rented last time. Fantastic service by all the staff at the local (Bilbao) team. Thank you.

Excelente servicio, la camper cero drama, estaba nueva, algun inconveniente con el tema de la ropa de cama que no especificaba bien y nos dieron una sola, tuvimos que turnarnos una noche cada uno para dormir comodos, las cortinas laterales una no cerraba bien y la otra cuando cerrabas la puerta se caia el tornillo y habia que estar armandola. Despues de eso, excelente todo Excelente experiencia, recomendable al 100%.

Customer service did not reply to my email before checking in. There is no power adapter for a normal plug. I miss solar panels so as not to depend on plugging into adapted areas every day. Otherwise, the staff in Seville has been very attentive to us. My first experience on this type of trip has been very enriching. The only drawback was that the fridge needed to be charged almost daily, but if you bring a refrigerator, that can be solved. We will be back.
Servicio atención cliente por correo no contestaron a mi mail anterior al check in,,,no hay adaptador de corriente para clavija normal,,echo en falta placas solares para no depender de enganchar en zonas adaptadas cada día. Por lo demás ,el personal de Sevilla han estado muy atentos con nosotros,,,, Mu primera experiencia en este tipo de viajes ha sido muy enriquecedora,,,la única pega que el frigo necesitaba tenerlo cargado casi a diario pero si llevas nevera lo solucionas,,,repetiremos

I was told that had reverse sound but didn’t, and had the shower curtain missing but aside that everyone was very helpful during check in and check out My vehicle had everything you need, is very comfortable and spacious, a mini house, not too big nor too small having all amenities necessary to survive remotely for a long period of time
