Il faudrait bien vérifier si le véhicule n'a pas de défaut même en étant neuf, pour ma part j'ai eu un défaut de parallélisme des le début alors que le Van était neuf Deuxième petit problème, c'est le pupitre électronique qui n'est pas précis, surtout quand le Van n'est pas de niveau. Globalement tout était nickel à l'intérieur du véhicule. Le véhicule Seeker de la marque LDV est un excellent Van pour 2 personnes, malgré sa boîte automatique et ses aides à la conduite capricieux, le Roadtrip s'est super bien passé, il est pratique à conduire, à garer et à mettre en place pour le lit ou la table à manger.

Offer a set of blankets for cold weather. The standard pack was ok but not enough during some nights. Also a fire lighting set of some sort - nothing better than fire place during camping. Also a set of headlights would be helpful or some kind of chargeable light source. The camping chairs provided were for lightweight people. A set of stronger chairs would benefit the heavier people. Easy and great booking experience. The Wrangler is ideal for a couple and probably a shorter camping trip with contact to civilization. Our trip was 7 days and the vehicle and set-up was perfect for us.

Was nothing to improve, everything was in perfect condition and worked exactly as described by your friendly staff. Big thanks to the "part time Kiwi guy". The overall experience was amazing. The checkin and the drop off were so easy and the staff were friendly, articulate and transparent about the maintenance, service and mileage. Would highly recommend.

Camper was goed uitgerust. Het enige wat ik miste was een afwasbak. Deze nu zelf gekocht. Fijn dat er de eerste benodigdheden worden meegegeven voor schoonmaak en onderhoud. (Doekjes, afwas enz) Graag iets meer dan 2 blokjes voor het chemisch toilet meegeven. Camper was well equipped. The only thing I missed was a sink. Bought one myself now. It's nice that the first necessities are provided for cleaning and maintenance. (Clothes, dishes, etc.) Please provide more than 2 blocks for the chemical toilet. Now only 2 blocks for 3 weeks, I can imagine that there are people who only fill water after emptying and do not add any chemical solvent. With 5 blocks you are that for…

Couldn’t quite get the roof top tent camper on my own, which was a little bit of a bummer. Staff were cool and very chilled and helpful. I prefer to not talk to an ai bot. But I got the right help anyways.

Was a great experience with the depot. They took time to run me through everything before I left. Advised me that my vehicle was early if I wanted to collect it and reminded me the morning of return re timing. Location was also easy to get too. My only comment was the booking experience. My second payment defaulted and nobody could tell me why. It was instantly reprocessed when I escalated online. Same credit card and no issues with available funds/current details

Nothing! Really great service from start to finish. Booking was easy and straightforward, pick up and drop off instructions were clear and staff at both ends of the trip were friendly and helpful! Great vehicle, worked a treat! Really enjoyed the experience! Heads up though, if planning to travel to the Blue Mountains during the winter extra layers are needed!

I initially searched for this car rental company online, but there were very few reviews, so I was quite worried. However, my concerns were completely unfounded. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect! Everyone was so friendly and energetic! I will definitely be using Indid Campers from now on!

Maybe disposable gloves can be included for the purpose for clearing the grey tank. I recently rented a campervan from Indie and had an excellent experience. Upon returning the campervan, we met Matty, a cheerful and friendly staff member who came in on a Sunday to assist us. The return process was very easy and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Rooftop tent mattress was damp when we collected but otherwise loved the rig! Perfect off-road trip experience to travel the east coast of Australia!

Crockery / cutlery was a little dirty and sink leaked but otherwise happy.

My only complaint, it was difficult to get answers to questions prior to pickup. The only option to text customer service was annoying and it was tough to get answers to some of my questions. Once we got in contact with the local agent everything went great. Matthew was great and made the whole process super easy, highly recommend!

Put a lighter in the kitchen pack, in case the one in the gas thing does not work Great job!

Overall it was a good experience. We had to make sure that bedding + chairs were in the car at pick up (both had been forgotten), and realised a few essentials were missing, like cooking spatulas and a small dustpan for the tent. The tent wasn’t fully cleaned inside (floor) and had a few broken parts around the awning zips, but it didn’t affect our camping experience much. The rooftop bag where bedding/tent/mattress is kept is definitely not waterproof and everything got wet after a big day of rain. This should definitely be made waterproof as travellers do rent these cars with not much gear of their own. Lastly, the mattress could be improved with at least an extra layer of padding (eggshell layer) or a better inflatable mattress as it does feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. The price to pay per km gone above the initial booked is very expensive. It gave us a lot of freedom to be able to camp out of our car. It was a compact Suzuki Jimny that was great for all the different activities we had planned. Would just recommend to double check everything is in place before leaving their pick up facilities and to read all terms and conditions carefully as we had to pay 300 dollars at the return for extra kms.

We didn’t really need the metal pullout table if the plastic folding one was included. It would free up more space inside Great for a week long roadtrip for two people. We had minimal luggage but any more and it would’ve been tight

Ein direkter Kontakt mit der Abholstation voarab hat gefehlt und ist sehr zu empfehlen! Top vor Ort Service durch die Crew der Station, bei Abholung und Abgabe! Einziges kleines Manko des Camper, die Innenausstattung hat extrem geklappert.

Direct contact with the pick-up station beforehand was missing and is highly recommended! Top on-site service from the station crew, both when picking up and dropping off! The only small drawback of the camper was that the interior rattled a lot.

Absolutely great service and customer service all the way.

Issue with the oil level sensor, was told at drop off that this is a Fiat wide issue. Perhaps an email out to let everybody know this might have been beneficial. Everything else worked well and the van ran totally fine.

Possibly a smaller box for pots pans etc, Everything was great, the above point is very minor. Barely impacted our experience Thanks for providing such a sick car. The Jimny was a ride, I’ll never forget it. Cheers
