Make sure you have all the equipment available when checking in the vehicle because I had to do it without a wetsuit, otherwise overall the check-in went very well! Connor managed the check-out perfectly, the exchange was friendly and professional! He answered all the questions without any problems....

The only complaint I have, after having had a very good experience, is that I had to clean the motorhome during the first day with water and ammonia and a mop. Otherwise everything was fine; clean sheets, kitchen utensils too and no traces of other people's rubbish.

Bel accueil de l'équipe, explication un peu rapide . Ce qui explique que nous avons eu quelques avaries sur le van, des équipements cassés non signalés à la prise du véhicule. je pense que du coup beaucoup de client forcent et cassent car la base des ouvertures n'est pas montrée.

Affordable, friendly staff, each live chat to get help at all moment of the process. Easy to pick up and drop off the van (althougn public transport is not very accessible to get there). Staff was very helpful, helped setting up the van and make sure everything was explained well to avoid any issues...

- Provide shims to balance on my less flat camping areas.
- Provide a longer electrical extension cord for my campsites where the electrical terminals are far away. Very nice experience, our children (3 and a half and 1 and a half years old) loved it.

A few details worked moderately (tablets that don't hold, window that doesn't stay open, etc.)
But everything else went very well!

The interior fixtures and fittings were sometimes dated and faulty/damaged such as a couple of the cupboard doors, windows, blinds and stereo which did not work.
I was expecting to have reverse parking sensors and/or a rear camera.
Overall we had a good experience.

We were really happy with the experience, Famara was very kind and professional, keeping in touch via text if we had any issues. The only thing that would have been easier would be if we could have dropped the camper at the airport rather than at the depot which is quite a distance from the airport....
