No particular remarks, very pleasant journey, good driving and accommodation comfort.
Easily manoeuvrable vehicle.
Very good experience. Perfect compromise to slip everywhere without neglecting the habitability part.

Bel accueil de l'équipe, explication un peu rapide . Ce qui explique que nous avons eu quelques avaries sur le van, des équipements cassés non signalés à la prise du véhicule. je pense que du coup beaucoup de client forcent et cassent car la base des ouvertures n'est pas montrée.

- Provide shims to balance on my less flat camping areas.
- Provide a longer electrical extension cord for my campsites where the electrical terminals are far away. Very nice experience, our children (3 and a half and 1 and a half years old) loved it.

Perfect check-in!
A few details worked moderately (tablets that don't hold, window that doesn't stay open, etc.)
But everything else went very well!

Quelques détails fonctionnant moyennement (tablettes qui ne tiennent pas, fenêtre qui ne restent pas ouverte, etc.)
Mais tout le reste s’est très bien déroulé !

The interior fixtures and fittings were sometimes dated and faulty/damaged such as a couple of the cupboard doors, windows, blinds and stereo which did not work.
I was expecting to have reverse parking sensors and/or a rear camera.
Overall we had a good experience.

The staff was very attentive and professional, perfect service. The Nomad was practically new, everything worked perfectly.

We were really happy with the experience, Famara was very kind and professional, keeping in touch via text if we had any issues. The only thing that would have been easier would be if we could have dropped the camper at the airport rather than at the depot which is quite a distance from the airport....

The experience was very professional and human with the staff during our attempted theft in the van. Thibault was adorable during the check out. Very attentive and caring. A big thank you to him.
