Very good, the toilet bowl was still smelly. To make the service more practical, make sure that the battery is full, the water level as well as the gas bottle, otherwise tell users to go camping on the first day to fill up right away. Otherwise everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, very understanding! Very happy. Plan a day at the campsite upon receipt of the camper van to properly charge the batteries and have the correct water levels before embarking on a trip! Otherwise enjoy the road! I recommend!
Très bien, la cuve des toilettes était mal odorante tout de même. Pour que le service soit plus pratique faite en sorte que la batterie soit bien pleine, le niveau d’eau aussi ainsi que la bouteille de gaz, sinon dites aux utilisateurs d’aller en camping le premier jour pour tout de suite faire le plein. Sinon tout était parfait. Le personnel très souriant, très compréhensif ! Très content. Prévoir une journée au camping des la réception du camper van pour bien charger les batteries et avoir les niveaux d’eau convenable avant de se lancer dans un trip ! Sinon enjoy the road ! Je recommande !

Everything was great, no improvements necessary Both Matt (Sydney) and Will (Brisbane) were extremely helpful and very friendly. They both provided excellent service. It was a great way to start and end our trip. Will rent aga next time as Matt was super nice.

More complete check-in would be nice. He didn't mention that there was only one blanket, so we only found out when we were already trying to go to bed. Apart from that service was great! The Nomad pop-top was perfect for our outdoor holiday with three! With four it would probably be a bit cramped in bad weather. The car is good and can handle most mountain passes without any problems. The facilities are fine and meet expectations!

De Nomad pop-top was perfect voor onze outdoor vakantie met zijn drieën! Met vier zou het waarschijnlijk, met slecht weer, net krap zijn. De auto is goed en kan zelf de meeste bergpassen zonder moeite aan. De faciliteiten zijn prima en voldoen aan verwachtingen!

Overall great, just a few broken parts like the blind on the big door and a suction cup on the fabric that covers the windshield that was a bit problematic for sleeping, otherwise everything worked perfectly
En general genial, solo algunas partes rotas como la persiana de la puerta grande y una ventosa de la tela que cubre el parabrisas que para dormir era un poco problemático, de resto todo funcionaba a la perfección

The fridge didn’t really work. It plugged into power but it never got colder than 12 degrees. The tap was also broken, as we were made aware of when we rented it. Besides that it was a great car for our road trip. Really good vehicle for a couple on the road. Rooftop tent was so easy to set up and pack down. We slept very comfortably and were able to get around Vancouver Island with no hassle.

The insurance premium should include and Cover all Risk of the complete car (Parts on the top and also the bottom of the car). The Team in Bilbao was very friendly at pick up and drop off. The car insurance premium should cover all Risk, so also the Parts of the car on top and at the bottom.
Nothing happend to us but if we pay so much for a premium Cover insurance, it should include all Parts of the car.
We are happy to had this experience with Indie Campers.

We were missing the water hose, and to level the motorhome, plus toilet tablets, they only gave us 3 for 16 days. Everything was great! I will choose them again as long as I don't get any unexpected or unannounced charges at checkout. Thank you.
Nos falto la manguera de agua, y para nivelar el motorhome, más pastillas para inodoro solo nos dieron 3 para 16 días. Todo muy bien! Volveré a elegirlos siempre y cuando no me llegue ningún contra cargo NO esperado ni anunciado en el checkout. Gracias
