Nothing to add, happy in all aspects. Our experience in the Black Forest has been wonderful thanks to having traveled by Camper because we could stop wherever we wanted, for this plan India Camper was the best option for quality of service.

Schwierig etwas zu finden. Die neue Halle mit Empfangsbereich gefällt mir sehr gut. Da ich Kinder habe könnte dort vlt. eine Kiste mit Papier und Stiften liegen. Kostet nix und hilft den Eltern bei der Übergabe. Kommt auch gut als Foto auf der Website unter Kinderfreundlich. Die neue Mercedesflotte ist der Kracher. Für unsere Ansprüche perfekt. Nix klappert, alles flutscht. Wirklich gut. Merci und bis ganz bald. Familie Gerisch. Für alle mit PKW Führerschein perfekt. Diverse Fahrzeugklassen bis 7,5t. Alle haben ihr für und wieder. Wenn man mit dem Fahrzeug reist und nur kürzere Aufenthalte bis 2 Tage anstrebt würde ich immer den kleinen Mercedes Van nehmen. Für längere Aufenthalte im Besonderen bei Regenwahrscheinlichkeit ist der kleine Van auch für zwei Personen etwas knapp vom Platzangebot. Einfach alle Klassen ausprobieren. Viel Spass und gute Fahrt.

Difficult to find anything. I really like the new hall with reception area. Since I have children, there could perhaps be a box of paper and pens there. It costs nothing and helps the parents with the handover. It also looks good as a photo on the website under child-friendly. The new Mercedes fleet is amazing. Perfect for our needs. Nothing rattles, everything runs smoothly. Really good. Thank you and see you very soon. The Gerisch family. Perfect for anyone with a car license. Various vehicle classes up to 7.5t. All have their pros and cons. If you are traveling with the vehicle and only plan on short stays of up to 2 days, I would always take the small Mercedes van. For longer stays, especially when there is a chance of rain, the small van is a bit tight in terms of space, even for two people. Just try out all the classes. Have fun and safe travels.

please have full tank of gas when picked up. otherwise employee had the most kind and helpful advice/attitude when working with us. thank you for the experience

Um dos portos de USB no interior não estava a funcionar. O tanque de aguas cinzentas, depois de esvaziado a primeira vez, começou a emitir um cheiro horrível sempre que arrancávamos com a viatura. Para além destes dois incidentes a nossa experiencia foi fantástica, a equipa em Zurique muito simpática e prestável e estamos a pensar voltar a usar a Indie Campers em férias no futuro Já falei na comentário anterior sobre o USB e tanque de aguas cinzentas.

Adapt the kits for 5 people when there are 5 of us. Fill with AdBlue in advance, and toilet liquid available before departure. Large camper van for 5, not too easy for small roads but very comfortable

Repetiremos la experiencia. El personal muy amable y atento, en especial Sebastián. Nos explicó todo con detalle junto a su compañero Ernesto. Todo fueron facilidades y con sus explicaciones nos dieron tranquilidad a la hora de iniciar el viaje por primera vez en camper. La camper ha ido genial durante todo el viaje y no hemos tenido ningún incidente. Buen trabajo por parte del personal de Indie Campers en Zurich.

We will repeat the experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Sebastian. He explained everything to us in detail along with his colleague Ernesto. Everything was easy and with their explanations they gave us peace of mind when starting the trip for the first time in a camper. The camper has been great throughout the trip and we have not had any incidents. Good work by the staff at Indie Campers in Zurich.

Team was very helpful. Few broken window blinds but van came with everything needed for our trip.

The only issue was the showers being broken, however came to a fair agreement with support. The guys at the depot were super helpful and informative. Made for a nice start and end to the trip.

More clean bedding set Apple play for Marco Polo model It was a wonderful trip with indicamper! Wherever we stop, we can stay at hotel! And Local Team has a nice guy and they gave a perfect hospitality!

I would prefer if the kitchen kit was stored in the van drawers rather than in a plastic bin to allow for more luggage storage room, but this wasn't a big deal. Our van's back seat wouldn't lay flat, so that may need an adjustment for the next renter. We weren't provided a shower nozzle, which would have come in handy. I would suggest Indie Campers top off the add-blue (DEF) after each user to prevent the renter from having to address it; I see this similar to an oil change / maintenance. Overall, we were very happy with the experience. Our experience was great. We liked having the Marco Polo because it still allowed us to visit city attractions without worrying about parking a large vehicle.

Na verdade, nem no check in, nem no check out interagi com um colaborador fisicamente. Cheguei no dia nacional da Suiça e pelos vistos feriado e não trabalham, podiam ter avisado e não o fizeram. Foi algo estranho chegar às vossas instalações e estarem fechadas. Dado que sou extremamente improvisador, não tive problemas em entrar em contacto com vocês e aceitar o check in à distância e todas as instruções telefonicamente. No entanto o que se passou comigo não será assim tão fácil para a maioria das pessoas. Na entrega e apesar de ter avisado um dia antes que eu teria que antecipar a entrega em um dia, ninguém estava no local para receber a campervan. Deixei no entreposto com chave no bocal de carregamento de gasóleo da mesma forma como fizeram no check in, Julgo que estes dois aspectos devem ser revistos por vocês. Durante a utilização, a mesma foi fácil. Nunca precisei de qualquer apoio. Julgo que para quem usa Campervan o vosso sistema seja adequado. Para quem nunca usou, deve haver da vossa parte um cuidado redobrado. Em suma. Recomendo vivamente os vossos serviços com as ressalvas acima. A experiência foi magnifica, proporcionou a mim e à minha família umas férias de sonho, ainda para mais foi jma comemoração dos meus 50 anos e 18 anos de um dos meus filhos. In fact, I did not interact with a member of staff physically either at check-in or check-out. I arrived on Switzerland's national day, which is apparently a public holiday and they are not working. They could have given me notice but they did not. It was strange to arrive at your facilities and find them closed. Given that I am extremely improvisive, I had no problem contacting you and accepting the remote check-in and all instructions over the phone. However, what happened to me will not be so easy for most people. When I delivered it, despite having given notice a day in advance that I would have to bring the delivery forward by one day, no one was there to receive the campervan. I left it in the warehouse with the key in the diesel filling nozzle, just as they did at check-in. I think these two aspects should be reviewed by you. During use, it was easy. I never needed any support. I think that for those who use a campervan, your system is adequate. For those who have never used it, you should be extra careful. In short. I highly recommend your services with the reservations above. The experience was magnificent, it provided me and my family with a dream vacation, and what's more, it was a celebration of my 50th birthday and one of my sons' 18th birthday. The guys who helped me out were awesome. Right before we took the vehicle, they had explained there was some unexpected damage from a previous driver... they helped us into a substitute vehicle, and got us on our way quickly. Explanation of "how to operate the camper van" went really well. Was a great short holiday. We will return again. We had 3 kids and 2 parents in the campervan. The setup for the 5th kids seat was super easy. 2 kids slept in the back, parents in the upper ceiling bed, and 1 kid in the convertible bed. Comfortable and fun. For the summer months, we recommend bringing a portable fan (we had 2 battery-powered fans with us, and that air movement saved us during hot nights). Even the manual shift was easy to operate. It took a second to realize that the driver and passenger seats could be adjusted downward -- recommend only doing that adjustment while stopped.

Better reception area at indie campers Zurich. Nice reliable vehicle.

Estaría bien avisar a los clientes de que la electricidad se acaba muy rápido, se nos puso mala la comida de la nevera. La bombona de repuesto no la pudimos abrir, estaba muy fuerte pero no nos hizo falta. Por lo demás genial. La atención al cliente por WhatsApp fue rápida pero no eficiente, nos tuvimos que buscar las castañas para encender el hornillo.

It would be good to warn customers that the electricity runs out very quickly, the food in the fridge went bad. We couldn't open the spare bottle, it was too strong but we didn't need it. Otherwise great. Customer service via WhatsApp was quick but not efficient, we had to find the chestnuts to light the stove.

Everything went very smoothly and I'm a big fan of the digitised documentation and journey that Indie Campers facilitates. Easy booking, check-in, drop-off and contract closure. I knew what I was signing up for and got things per expectation. Sebastian was super friendly, answered all questions, and was very accommodating when he realised we would be on an extended trip (3w) and across borders (from Switzerland to Italy). This was my second Indie Camper van rental experience, and I would definitely do it again - as well as recommend to others. The vehicle was clean, definitely a thorough scrub down for rental purpose. You could tell that it had been worn down and used though, a few screws missing here and there, storage pockets not properly set in place. But for driving, sleeping and even spending time, everything essential for the camping experience worked and without problem. The engine was working well, A/C fully functional, even the old-school bluetooth connected just fine to our Apple Car Play :)

More utensils would be appreciated: soup bowls, ladle, spatula, dishcloth.

The car is great. Only one point we don't like. There's no air conditioning on the back side.

We really enjoyed the whole lot! The Checking dude was also really helpful - showed us some apps that would be useful to find places - also let us know a few good spots for hiking (we went to Stoos because of his suggestions - beautiful). We had the same checkout person when we returned the van - great experience - also dropped us back to the train station few blocks away - really appreciated that as our bags were heavy and it was hot - 10/10! Will use this service when I travel to Iceland next year (noticed some insta reels on that ahah)
